TWIN LAKES — Village officials agreed Monday to tweak the ordinance prohibiting domestic animals from running at large to ensure it prevents dogs from being off leash at local parks.
President Howard Skinner said the ordinance prohibits domestic animals from running at large “at any place except on the premises of the owner.”
“All we need to do is put up a sign that pets must be on a leash and call this a day,” Skinner said.
