Testimony began Tuesday in the trial of a Kenosha man accused of killing his 2-month-old son.
Robert Stynes, 35, is charged with second-degree reckless homicide in the April 11, 2017, death of his son Cameron Stynes.
Stynes has maintained that he found the baby unconscious in his bassinet after a nap that afternoon. Stynes, who was alone with the baby and his 2-year-old son while their mother was at work, said he called 911 after finding the baby not breathing and said he attempted CPR on the child. He was performing CPR, according to testimony at trial, when the first police officers arrived at his Seventh Avenue apartment.
