El viernes 16 de febrero de 2019 en el ICC se entregaron los 34 premios anuales Black Excellence Awards. Organizado por el periódico Milwaukee Times, Awardee Kim A. Robinson, En la foto aparecen El primer Supervisor de Identificación de la Policía Afroamericano de MPD con el Primera Teniente Gobernador (Afroamericano) de Wisconsin Mandela Barnes. Ambos hombres son miembros de Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Logro en todos los campos del esfuerzo humano.
