Plan Commission to take up Library Park Project

The City Plan Commission plans to vote today on whether to provide a conditional use permit to the developer behind the Residences at Library Park project.

Varin/Library Park II LLC hopes to create a $12.1 million, 49-unit rental complex with 42 low-income units and seven market price units. The project is being developed in the former Kenosha Youth Foundation building in downtown Kenosha, 720 59th Place.
