Brookfield, WI – The Wisconsin Chapter of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) will host the Eau Claire Team Hope Walk/Run on Sunday, August 29th at 10:00 AM (CT) at Fox Brook Park.
This will also be a hybrid event with a virtual component. All proceeds support HDSA’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by Huntington’s disease (HD) and their families.
“Fox Brook Park provides the perfect venue for a full day with the family,” said Shana Verstegen, Event Coordinator. “Travel around the beautiful blue rock quarry lake once for the walk, or three times for a perfect 5K run! Music, a large silent auction, and lunch are all part of our family event filled smiles, laughter, and hope for the future.” Team Hope is HDSA’s largest national grassroots fundraising event, which takes place in over 100 cities across the U.S.
Thousands of families, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and communities walk together each year to support HDSA’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by HD and their families. Please contact Shana Verstegen 608-698-8171.
