MILWAUKEE -As Milwaukee’s city streets defrost from the cold, potholes are beginning to emerge.  City pothole crews are out in force getting a head start on the bumpy roads.

City officials say that they’ve put a couple more trucks out than normal to deal with the potholes now exposing themselves after the snow has melted.

City Department of Public Works days that its crews are taking about 30 to 45 reports per day of pothole sightings a day, and its taking workers about a day-and-a-half to address pothole complaints.

City of Milwaukee officials say that if you have a complaint about potholes, you can have something done about it  by calling the city or by using a new app called MKE MOBILE.

The app is available for free download forAndroid and iOS devices.
