A Kenosha man is facing felony suffocation and strangulation, plus disorderly conduct charges after he allegedly attacked a worker at a local restaurant.

Julio Hernandez-Garcia, 34, of Kenosha, has been charged with felony strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct after he reportedly attacked a male worker at Los Cantaritos on Saturday, believing the worker was having an affair with his wife, according to complaint documents.

According to a criminal complaint filed Monday, Kenosha Police Department officers were called to the restaurant around 4:34 p.m. Saturday for a report of battery.
