A Wisconsin nonprofit organization is calling on two Kenosha Unified schools and the district itself to remove displays or depictions that promote Christianity.
The group claims the items are constitutional violations after several parents reportedly complained during the last month.
Officials from the Freedom From Religion Foundation, which advocates for the separation of church and state, said Wednesday several parents with students attending public schools in the district contacted the foundation with their concerns.
