On Friday February 16, 2019 at the ICC the 34 annual Black Excellence Awards was given. Hosted by the Milwaukee Times newspaper, Awardee Kim A. Robinson first African American Police Identification Supervisor for the Milwaukee Police Department picture with the First (African American) Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin Mandela Barnes. Both men are members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Achievement in every field of human endeavor.
