PLEASANT PRAIRIE – The Village Board unanimously approved the hiring of its new administrator Monday night.
Nathan Thiel, 37, of Mauston, is expected to start his new job April 30. Thiel is currently the administrator of the city of Mauston, Wis. According to the contract, the new administrator will have an annual salary of $126,166 to start.
Thiel’s hiring comes after an 11-month search for an administrator after Mike Pollocoff, the village’s first administrator, retired after 32 years of service in May.
Thiel attended the Monday night meeting with his wife and six children.
