Village Board Approves Plans For Hotel, Corporate Campus At I-94

PLEASANT PRAIRIE — The Pleasant Prairie Village Board has approved plans for a commercial development to include a future corporate campus, a hotel and other services north of Highway 165 along 120th Avenue near Interstate 94.

The board also approved planning and zoning changes recommended for The Gateway at LakeView Corporate Park on a two-parcel, 34-acre site at its meeting Monday night.

Also included in the proposal, which is being developed for property owner WisPark, are a gasoline station, convenience store and a car wash.
