More than 100 friends and family members gathered for a vigil to remember Dulonden Ratiliffe Wednesday night at the site where he was shot and killed in the 300 block of Main Street in downtown Racine. Ratliff, 21, of Kenosha died Saturday in an incident in which a gun went off and a bullet struck him in the head. Christopher S. Brown, 33, of Racine has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide in connection with the shooting.
