Lakewood School administrator stepping down

Lakewood School administrator Joe Price announced his resignation.

Price said Wednesday he began discussing his future with the district in October. The School Board voted Monday, Nov. 20, to accept his resignation.

“I am right in the middle of working on a doctoral program,” Price said Wednesday, adding it has been his “dream” to obtain that credential to further his passion for education. “It is just taking too much time away from my family.”
