Kenosha Man Nabbed in Heroin Deal

Racine police on Tuesday arrested a Kenosha man on his way to a large heroin deal.
Sebastian O. King, 39, is charged with possession of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, both as second or subsequent offenses.
