Couple Charged With Having Sex in Front of Child
Kenosha – Felony charges are being made against a Kenosha couple caught by police having sex in the front seat of their vehicle while the woman’s 6-year-old son was in the backseat.
They each had an initial appearance in court and were released on signature bonds.
According to criminal complaints against the man and woman, a Kenosha police officer on patrol about 7 p.m. Saturday saw a vehicle with heavy condensation on the windows parked at Fisherman’s Circle in Harbor Park. The officer shined a flashlight into the vehicle and saw a partially-clothed woman and a man engaged in oral sex.
The officer saw a small child — later identified as the woman’s 6-year-old son — standing on the back seat where he could see the activity in the front seat.
The woman told police that she and her boyfriend were out for a drive, along with her son, when they decided to park “and started making out.” She admitted they had done this before. She also said she had not given her son any food or anything to drink since about 11 a.m. that day.
The 30-year-old man and 25-year-old woman, both of Kenosha, were each charged with causing a child to view or listen to sexual activity and mental harm to a child, both felonies.
