Consultant delivers year-round Kenosha market report

A consultant hired to study the feasibility of a year-round, indoor public market in Kenosha presented his report today.

Based on the concept and assumptions offered within a proposed plan, a public market facility is feasible for Kenosha, but the development process is complex, said Ted Spitzer, president of Market Ventures Inc.
