Luis Martinez, a registered sex offender, will not be allowed to move into a residence, 1309 So. 7th Street across the street of Allen Field Elementary school according to Department of Corrections officials. Martines is currently classified as ‘homeless’ but monitored with GPS by authorities. Martinez was convicted twice of sexual assault of a child under 10 years old. The community is being asked to be vigilant.
