Mayor Barrett’s Health Improves

Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett underwent a series of tests at the Wheaton Franciscan Heart Hospital of Wisconsin. Nothing alarming was found. While scheduled meetings on the Mayor’s calendar have been postponed, he continues to monitor city business from the hospital.
The Mayor was hospitalized after over-exerting himself. The Mayor completed an organized 20-kilometer run at the Pettit Ice Center and was treated for exhaustion following the race.
