El HOA de Rolling Hills Estates en Kissimmee le dijo recientemente a Frances Santiago que no se permiten banderas que no sean una bandera de EE. UU., Una bandera militar o una bandera deportiva. Santiago le dice a la estación de televisión de Orlando, WFTV-TV, que ella y su esposo, Efraín, decidieron enarbolar la bandera para apoyar a los manifestantes que exigían la renuncia del gobernador en el territorio estadounidense.
