20 years prison in March reckless homicide

Roland Garza was sentenced today to 20 years in prison for fatally shooting a friend in March.

Carl Nichols and Garza were hanging out together when Garza picked up a gun and pointed it at Nichols. Garza staged the scene to look like a suicide, and initially told police Nichols had shot himself.
