Attendance at one of these hearings is strongly encouraged for those contractors interested in hearing directly from the MCTS project management team and staff about the expanded opportunities under the proposed goals.
Proposed FTA goal report setting Triennial Goals on Milwaukee County projects at for Milwaukee County Transit System for federal fiscal years 2018-2019-2020. Available to the public, internal county management, the Milwaukee County Board and the Milwaukee County Executive for the period of August 15, 2017 through September 15, 2017. Feedback is welcome and strongly encouraged.
To achieve these goals by setting the highest feasible portion of the goals as Race Neutral, per 26.51, Milwaukee County has set the following local procurement goals by the type of activity:

These goals are expected to go in effect as of October 1, 2017 and remain in effect unless otherwise requested to alter them by the FTA and/or
changes in plans for projects at the airport require a change to the goals as currently calculated.
Interested parties who wish to provide input, ask questions and/or share concerns, as well as understand the methodology utilized in establishing
the DBE goals are encouraged to attend. Whenever possible, please bring your feedback in writing, so we have an accurate accounting of your information.
