The Board of Directors of Outreach Community Health Center, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, is pleased to announce that Julia Harris Robinson has been named the organization's President/Chief Executive Officer, effective July 10, 2023.
Harris Robinson is originally from Milwaukee, WI. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration, with healthcare concentration from Lakeland University in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Also, she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Non-Profit Accountant Professional (CNAP). Harris Robinson comes to Outreach Community Health Center, Inc. with more than twenty years of progressively responsible operations leadership in Federally Qualified Health Centers as a Chief Financial Officer. Since February 2023, she has been interim President/Chief Executive Officer, and during the last five years she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Outreach Community Health Center, the only Federally Qualified Health Center in Milwaukee, WI, with a homeless designation.
In accepting the position, Harris Robinson stated to the board, "I am pleased to be Outreach Community Health Center, Inc.'s next CEO and I look forward to working closely with the board and the entire leadership team, to ensure we continue to provide the very best in high-quality, accessible andaffordable care to the communities we serve." Further, Harris Robinson says her role as the new CEO is to support each team member to live out the company's mission "to deliver high quality, accessible behavioral health, primary and preventive health care in the community."
