Milwaukee,–North Central Group (NCG) and Deer District will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for The Trade Milwaukee, an Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott, Friday, Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. at the hotel’s future site, 420 W. Juneau Ave. The groundbreaking ceremony will be attended by Tom Barrett, Mayor of Milwaukee; Cavalier Johnson, Milwaukee Common Council President; Peter Feigin, President of the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum; Jeff Lenz, President and Chief Development Officer, North Central Group; Andy Inman, VP of Development, North Central Group; and Jeff Tubbs, Executive Vice President of J.H. Findorff & Son Inc.
The new hotel will be a hub for guests coming to Milwaukee providing unique, high-end accommodations in the heart of the city. The Trade is located in Deer District, Milwaukee’s newest 30-acre neighborhood that is redefining the city’s downtown and anchored by the world-class Fiserv Forum.
NCG will develop, own, and operate The Trade Milwaukee, with J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. (Findorff) constructing which the hotel is schedule to open in early 2023.
The Trade will be a luxurious hospitality experience for those visiting or living near Milwaukee. With a unique rooftop restaurant and lounge, guests can enjoy beautiful. Its convenient location next to Fiserv Forum gives visitors easy access to the venue and the entertainment block in Deer District. Additionally, the hotel is equipped to host Milwaukee’s visitors and residents by offering exceptional and unique amenities, including multiple restaurant concepts, meeting & conference facilities, VIP suites, and more.
