We are looking for a self-starter who has the ability to take direction and provide quality-focused support. This individual will be the first point of contact for most IT related issues that arise in our four Wisconsin offices. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to independently troubleshoot a variety of PC related software and hardware issues and provide resolution in a friendly and timely manner.
