Applications may be downloaded at www.commonbond.org from 9AM May 30, 2017 until 4PM May 31, 2017 or applications may be picked up in person 10pm-4pm May 30th & 31st. Completed applications must be received by mail on or before June 15, 2017. All qualified Applicants will be placed on the Waiting List in the order they were received.
