DA to seek experts before ruling on Torres shooting

A lengthy, outside investigation involving Kenosha Police officer Pablo Torres is set to get even longer.

Less than a week after receiving a report from the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Division of Criminal Investigation, the Kenosha County district attorney’s office announced Tuesday it will employ a use-of-force expert before making a final decision in the March 14 officer-involved shooting death of 26-year-old Aaron Siler of Kenosha.
