MILWAUKEE- The Latest on suspect charged in fatal shooting of Milwaukee police officer Matthew Rittner. A $1 million cash bond has been set for a Milwaukee Jordan P. Fricke charged with killing a police officer during a drug raid on the suspect’s home last week. Fricke appeared in court Sunday after he was charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the fatal shooting Wednesday of 35-year-old Officer Matthew Rittner. A court commissioner found probable cause to hold Fricke for further proceedings. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
