TV Azteca and Team Certified Promotions have partnered to present a night of exciting televised professional boxing on March 30, 2019, at the Madrigrano Marina Shores, a 1500-seat hall located on the shores of Lake Michigan at 302 58th St in Kenosha.
The event will showcase a minimum of eight matches for the evening, concluding with a main event title fight in which Milwaukee’s own Akeem Black will battle 10-fight veteran Andrew Goodrich for the Junior Middleweight ABO title.
Team Certified boxers Jose Rodriguez (flyweight), Kevin Garduno (super lightweight) and Julio Garcia (bantamweight) will be among the featured boxers, with popular flyweight Rodriguez defending his ABO title belt. The team also will present local Kenosha boxers Isaiah Varnell and William Langston, who will appear on the card in separate bouts.
Special celebrity guests include 1972 Olympic Gold Medalist and former Middleweight champion “Sugar” Ray Seales, former World Lightweight champion Angel Manfredy, and Heavyweight great “Fast” Fres Oquendo.
Come out for a night of pro sports, celebrities and giveaways. Food, drinks and a marketplace will round out this thrilling, televised community event. Open to the public.
