MAWIB is soliciting proposals to pre-qualify vendors to supply consulting services on an as-needed basis in two areas:  Administrative (communications, staff development, and process improvement) and Planning (grant writing, fund development, research, evaluation, workforce coordination, youth development job development, and organization assessment).
