Driver Charged in Double Homicide Case

The suspected driver in April’s double homicide has now been charged. Karlos Hamilton, 30, of Kenosha is charged with two counts of being party to the crime of firstdegree intentional homicide and with two counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery. He made his first appearance on Wednesday. Charges have already been filed against two others for the April 5 shooting deaths of Zachary Hernandez, 20, of Kenosha, and Carlos Garcia, 23, of Racine. Similar charges have already been filed against DeQuan Young, 20, of Chicago, and Darshawn Frison, 17.
