Mosaic Communications announces Director of HispanicMarketing

The agency is headquartered in Milwaukee and currently serves government, corporate, non-profit and small business clients in the Midwest and Southeast.

A native of Argentina, Natalia A. Flores, APR, has spent a decade as a public relations and marketing professional developing communications strategies for the U.S., U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets. Flores has an in-depth understanding of U.S. Hispanic audiences and shares her insights with brands in lectures and workshops nationally.Through her work on global accounts at Burson-Marsteller, Porter Novelli and Fusion Communications, she understands how to build brands. Her clients have included Samsung, MasterCard Worldwide, SAP, Office Depot, Latin GRAMMYs and Batanga. Flores will work with Mosaic’s clients to develop effective communications programs targeting the Hispanic market, she


will plan and implement media relations strategiesand work to engage the Latino community online through social media and other communications vehicles.

An award-winning designer with more than 13 years of creative direction, branding and design experience, Qiana Fountainbrings a wealth of talent and experience to Mosaic Communications. She has successfully provided creative direction for clients in various industries including pharmaceutical, fine

arts, health care, financial, and non-profit. Her client list includes Abbott Laboratories, Coca Cola Consolidated, GlaxoSmithKline, Apple Inc., Novartis Pharmaceuticals, The YMCA of Greater Charlotte, The American Heart Association, Pfeiffer University, Clemson University, and Carolinas Medical Center. Fountain has worked on a number of integrated marketing campaigns and will assist Mosaic’s clients with branding, corporate identity, advertising, marketing collaterals and web site development. Fountain earned her B.A. degree in Visual Communications from North Carolina Central University.
